In our network of friends and professional contacts, we found the expertise, passion, and vision required to develop our artificial fish. We created exactly what was missing in the market: The next generation of fish, for the next generation of fish eaters. We are also proud that the production takes place here at home in Sweden.

Ola has over 25 years of experience in the diving industry with over 5000 dives in both international and Scandinavian waters. He has observed how marine life has changed, especially in the last 15 years negatively, with decreased fish stocks and significant negative changes in the marine environment.

Hi, my name is Ola and I am one of the guys behind Nothing F!shy.

I have a huge interest in food and love to cook and eat fantastic dishes. As a teenager, I trained to become a chef in Switzerland under the guidance of Gregoire Ferrari at Café du pont. During my career, I quickly worked my way up the kitchen hierarchy and over the years have held many different roles as head chef at well-known restaurants and hotels. I am well-versed in what defines first-class food.

I have over the years been involved in starting up everything from small dive centers to restaurants and IKEA stores, and have held leading roles in large companies such as Hilton, Nespresso, and IKEA.

I work part-time as a fitness and health instructor, and good food and nutritious diet are a central part of my lifestyle. My training in molecular gastronomy began in 2000, and this knowledge has helped me refine our Nothing F!SHY products to perfection

Hi, my name is Jared and I am the other guy behind Nothing F!shy.

I also love ingredients, cooking, and fantastic food.

In 2003, I trained to become a chef and was awarded a diploma in advanced culinary skills at a culinary school in New Zealand, my homeland. I have traveled the world and cooked in many different branches of gastronomy, first in New Zealand and later in England, Scotland, France, and Sweden.

In 2007, I founded a small food company with organic, vegan food in Malmö – Ekko Gourmet. I created fantastic products from beans, vegetables, nuts, seeds, spices, and fruit juices that quickly became popular in various parts of Scandinavia. Ekko Gourmet's products were sold in more than 1,000 stores and became a valuable addition to grocery stores' frozen food sections. After Ekko Gourmet, I worked as the Nordic Innovation Manager for fresh and frozen vegetarian food at Midsona Sverige AB. Now, Ola and I have the opportunity to once again create flavorful, unique, and innovative food that we ourselves want to eat – and to launch it on the market so that everyone has the chance to experience the taste sensation.
